Cleaning and laundry is done by professional cleaners. At your arrival, the property is perfectly clean and there is 1 set of towels (hand towel and shower towel) per person, as well as some replacements. You can order more towels together with your booking for a small supplement. You can also ask to arrange intermediate cleaning.
Baby equipment, extra beds, fire logs.... : you can order these extra service items together with your booking or on a later moment. Availability can not be guaranteed.
Emergency service: If you have problems finding your property, or you discover defects, have lost your key or are locked out, need a doctor... call the office of Casa Andaluza. There is also an amergency number, if you need urgent assistance in the evenings or week ends.
