On first floor
is a cozy mixed-purpose room, which can be used as sitting room, dining room or office. It has sea view and is furnished with a small sofa, table and chairs. The second bedroom is also double with two 90cm beds and with sea view. Bathroom with shower and WC.
On second floor
Light filled attic room with cushioned brick sofas, parquet flooring, LCD TV. With access to the roof terrace equipped with cushioned brick made benches. Wooden set of table and chairs.
High speed internet
enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.
Cooling and heating:
there are ceiling fans and portable fans for the hot summer days, and low energy heating for the cold season. Portable air condition for very hot summer days. Double glass windows keep heat / cold outside.
Parking in the old town:
This neighborhood is a non-parking area. There are several open air public parking places in and around Conil. In summer they charge between 3-5 € per day.

Family discount(parent(s) with their children < 25 years) pay 10% less. Ask for this discount when booking the property.
