Exterior:
The villa is built on a 2000m2 plot, completely fenced in by walls, with 100% privacy guaranteed. The 11 x 5 m swimming pool is surrounded by a sunny lawn, with pleasant temperatures for swimming from May throughout October.
A large terrace frames the villa on the south and the west side, furnished with 2 sets of chairs and tables and a fancy set of out doors sofas and easy chairs.
On the north side is a sheltered, shady patio with moorish garden furnishing, and a barbecue area.
Furnishing and equipment:
The decoration combines art-deco elements with modern paintings and some antiques. The 80 sqm living room has a beautiful art-deco dining area (seats 8), whilst the sofas and arm chairs are grouped around the fire place. French doors open to the terrace on one side, and to the patio on the other. There is a piano, too (we can not guarantee that it is tuned); please use it with care.The country style kitchen is tiled in blue and white with a rustic terracotta floor, generously fitted with all conveniences. It connects to a storeroom / laundry room and to a small bathroom (WC, shower). In the bedroom wing are 4 double bedrooms: two with queen size beds (both with a foldable bed underneath the bed), two with king size beds. There is a bathroom (WC, shower) to share, whilst the main bedroom has a large bathroom (WC, bath tub) en-suite.
High speed internet
enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.
Cooling / Heating:
The villa is built in a way that it stays always fresh in the summer, making air condition is thus superfluous. There is a portable fan, if refreshment is needed. In winter it is powered by electric central heating (not included in rental price).
There is a ping pong table and 2 mountain bikes for the guests to use.
Surroundings:
Los Angeles is next to the scented pine woods of Roche and approx. 1.5 km away from the beautiful sandy cove Cala del Aceite. The closest restaurant is Venta Cabo Roche, serving traditional Andalusian cooking. The lively town Conil is 4.5 km away. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy privacy and tranquility away from the summer hustle and bustle of the coastal dwellings.
Long-term rental in winter:
from November - March there is a monthly rate for long-term winter rentals.
Pets admitted, 55€ extra fee.
