A very charming place for nature lovers. It has a magnificent garden with 2 terraces, full of flowers. Comfort and freshness in a green and natural environment.
This is a private house, which is only rented out to holidaymakers on rare occasions. The cosy simplicity inside the house contrasts with the lushness of the garden, which becomes a sea of flowers during the summer.
Outside:
It has a multi-coloured garden with many flowers in pots and in flower beds around the house. Trees and tall plants such as large oleanders, ficus, evergreen hedges, yuccas and cypresses and a pine tree provide protection from sun and wind.
The terrace faces east, with the sun entering only in the early hours of the morning. It is covered by a pergola, in which a wisteria is intertwined with a vine and a night lady. Furnished with a large wooden bench, table and chairs, it is a very pleasant, green and fresh place, whether for meals, naps or outdoor chats.
There is also a patio with a tiled terrace in front of one of the bedrooms (with its own bathroom).
The wooden pergolas, densely covered with green leaves on the east and south side as well as the cypress fence on the west side create shady and cool areas, which helps to keep the interior well air-conditioned during most of the summer.
Next to the wooden house at the bottom of the garden there is a nice pond with frogs and fish, and sometimes at night you can listen to the singing of the frogs.
Shaded parking for 3 cars (2 for guests).

Indoors:
Living room of 20 m2 with 2 large sofas with a coffee table, coffee table, bookshelf with books and board games. The TV is SMART and you can enter a Netflix account. Connects through an archway to the dining room of 15m2, furnished with dining table and antique bench and wooden chairs. Fireplace corner with 2 armchairs, small table with chess board.
Kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave and a very complete inventory.
Bedroom 1 with 140cm bed connects to the living room. It has its own bathroom (shower / WC) and a glass door leading to a private terrace. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds and fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 3 with 160 cm bed and fitted wardrobe. These last bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and WC.
Air conditioning:
Solidly built house with shaded areas all around and good thermal insulation keep the indoor temperatures pleasant during most of the summer. For hot days there are quiet ceiling fans in the living room, dining room and in 2 of the bedrooms. The third bedroom, with door and window, allows air to circulate and remains cool at all times.
Shared garden / watering plants:
At the bottom of the garden there is a wooden hut where the person who looks after the garden and the animals lives. The tenants are asked to regularly hose down the pots and flowerbeds on the terraces and nearby, also to maintain your own privacy.
Ecological house:
Renewable energy through photovoltaic panels. It is connected to the mains, without batteries.
Hot water by solar panels.
Rubbish recycling: there are separate bins for paper, plastic, compost and the rest.
Drinking water is provided by Aguaservicecon with water dispenser and 20 litre bottles. Tap water comes from the well and is not drinkable, but is good for cooking.
The animals:
There are 2 male cats, neutered and with anti-parasite collars living on the land: Fidel and Kiran. Although the friend who lives in the little house at the back of the garden looks after them, it is normal for them to enter the house, as it is their territory. The understanding and acceptance of these cats is a prerequisite for the contract.
You cannot bring a dog or any other animal, as cats are territorial and do not accept 'intruders'.
There are occasional nightly frog concerts.
Desired guest profile and restrictions:
This house is ideal for nature lovers and ecologically conscious people. As there are pergolas with plants, the terraces will need to be swept frequently.
People who are allergic to animals and who prefer antiseptic rather than natural should not stay here. Not for rent to persons under 30 years of age, families with children are welcome!
