This beautiful holiday villa is a marvelous place to spend a fantastic vacation on the Costa de la Luz. Nice, individual design, at a few steps from the beach.
Surroundings: Villa Fativa is in the proximities of legendary Cape Trafalgar, with the beach, restaurants and a shop in 3-5 walking minutes distance. Close to the pine covered hills of the natural park La Breña, it is a beautiful area to be explored by hikes, mountain bike tours or horse rides. The beach of Cape Trafalgar is a popular spot among the (kite) surf community.
Outside area: The garden has lawn on 2 sides, and many decorative plants. Large eucalyptus trees cast their shadows over some parts of the garden and the parking area (fitting 2 cars). There is a large terrace with a bar and a barbecue.
Parking for 2 cars.
Inside: Villa Fativa was originally built as a private home. The large windows and sliding doors are well insulated with double glass and hermetic closing, keeping the heat out in summer and maintaining the house dry and warm in winter. If you plan your holidays in the colder seasons, you will be excited about the under-floor heating and the wood burning stove. There are several artistic wall paintings or mosaiques, left as souvenirs from artist residents.
Large, open plan living room with dining area and open kitchen. Lounge area with 2 sofas, TV, stereo, wood burning stove. Large dining table (fits easily 8 people). Well equipped kitchen with oven. Walls and curtains are kept in earthy colors, contrasting the green clothing of the sofas. 3 bedrooms: double with 180cm bed, other double with 160cm bed, the third with bunk bed (below 120cm, top 90cm). Large bathroom in blue colors with a nice wall painting above the bath, the other bathroom smaller with shower.
Eco-house: Villa Fativa is powered with solar energy.
High speed internet enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.
Cooling / Heating: The villa is built in a way that it stays always fresh in the summer, making air condition is thus superfluous. There is a portable fan, if refreshment is needed. In winter you can heat the main house with a wood burning stove
