The apartment Santa Barbara B is on second floor and has two furnished terraces facing south / west with fantastic panoramic sea views from Cabo Trafalgar to Cabo Roche.

Inside,

the apartment has a luminous and pleasant atmosphere. Living room with sofa and foot rest and wicker chair, Sat-TV (oriented on ASTRA, with English news-channels). High speed internet connection enables you to stream your favorite programs over the internet, connecting your mobile device via HDMI with the TV. Separate, refurbished kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven and microwave. Recently renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine. One bedroom with double bed (140 x 190cm), the other with twin beds, both with built-in wardrobes.

High speed internet

enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.

Terraces:

from the living room you have access to the west oriented terrace with sea view, whilst one of the bedrooms leads to the south facing terrace, furnished with chairs and table and with a sunshade.

Surroundings:

The old center with many restaurants, bars and shops is just a few minutes walk. Or you can stroll down the beach to have a drink and a tapa at the well-known beach bars 'La Ola' or 'Curro Jiménez'.

Heating & Cooling:

there are ventilators in all rooms and a mobile electric heater for the living room. The bathroom has a radiant heater and there are hot air blowers to heat up quickly the bedroom before going to bed. As there is much sun coming in, heating is only necessary in the evening.

Cleaning and Laundry:

are charged extra with a supplement of 80€ per stay (1 set of linen per bed, 2 sets of towels per person). For short breaks (max. 3 days), there is a reduced price for cleaning (60 €), and only 1 set of towels per person.

Private parking in communal garage included in the rental price.

Long-term rental in winter: From November until March there is a monthly rate for long-term winter rentals (>60 days).

Pets admitted: 35€ extra fee.

Wohnung in Traumlage, leider schwierig zu finden. Ein Lageplan wäre von Vorteil! Ansonsten war alles gut. Sehr gute Nachbarn und auch sonst eher ruhig, man hört nur die Wellen am Strand.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit direktem Strandzugang. Sowie 2 schöne Balkone und viel Platz in der Wohnung. Zudem super Tiefgarage zum parken. Rundum perfekt.

The apartment is very bright and has spectacular ocean views from the rooms and two balconies. Just crossing the street and you're on the beach. We were there in the low season, but there were enough nice beach tents open and new ones were built for the high season. Conil's a nice, lively place. We immediately booked two weeks so we were there in total 3 weeks. If we already needed help with something then the people of Casa Andaluza (personally, within walking distance, or via email / phone) were immediately very helpful.

Die Unterkunft entspricht komplett den Bildern, die Aussicht auf den Strand ist von beiden Balkonen traumhaft. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Lediglich der Fernseher ist etwas klein, dafür aber mit allen deutschen Programmen. Ein großer Vorteil ist auch der Tiefgaragenparkplatz, der zur Unterkunft gehört. Prinzipiell ist die Unterkunft absolut empfehlenswert. Jedoch bringt die vorderste Lage auch einen Nachteil mit sich: auf der Straße / Strandpromenade vor der Unterkunft fahren bis spät abends bzw. frühs Autos und Motorräder oder laufen angetrunkene Nachtschwärmer, die man bei offenem Fenster natürlich auch hört. Somit ist die Unterkunft nachts nicht die ruhigste. Wen das nicht stört, unbedingt buchen!

Schönes Appartement, alles drin was man benötigt. Traumhafter Blick aufs Meer . in 2 Minuten fußläufig in der Altstadt. Restaurants und Supermärkte in direkter Nähe. Betreuung durch Casa Andaluza wie seit vielen Jahren TOP !!! Lieben Dank für problemloses buchen und tolle Vor-Ort-Betreuung zu jeder Zeit .

Perfect place for us with a teenager son, he even got his own balcony. Love the closeness to to the beach. I bit noisy with the traffic from the main balcony but it didn't bother us much. Walking distance to streets with shops and restaurants. Nice and helpful people at the agency.
