The key to joint success: always keep calendars 100% up to date and accept instant bookings.
The vast majority of holidaymakers would like to book their holiday home online and with immediate confirmation.
With instant online booking, the guest makes a deposit by credit card immediately and the booking is confirmed with the payment. The vast majority of travellers now plan their trips with instant online booking: flights, rental cars, hotels and, more recently, holiday homes. It gives the owner and the agency a great deal of security, as there is no need to wait for the deposit to confirm the reservation.

Accommodations without an updated booking calendar are "slow sellers".
There is hardly any demand for them, because people do not want to wait a day to find out whether the requested dates are free or not. Moreover, they are not actively offered by Casa Andaluza because it takes us too much time to find out whether we can offer these properties or not.
Unfortunately, there are still some owners who do not inform us of their bookings and occupancies. Cancellations resulting from non-updated calendars cause costs and inconveniences for Casa Andaluza, such as penalties, problems with double bookings and a bad image due to lack of formality. This makes our work difficult and unpleasant.
Remember, you can only reach over 90% of the demand through the big booking platforms like Airbnb if you book online immediately.
