Villa Las Torres are 2 semi-detached twin houses, offering comfort in the exclusive environment of Fuente del Gallo, at 5 minutes walk from the beach.

Inside:

On the ground floor is the living room, connected to a well equipped open-plan kitchen, and a guest toilet. On 1st floor are 2 bedrooms (one double, one twin) and a bathroom. On 2nd floor is a roof top terrace with round view, where you can sunbathe in privacy, perfectly sheltered from the wind. The washing machine is in the storage room on the rooftop. The rooms are relatively small, the furnishing bright and colourful, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

High speed internet

enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.

Air condition(cold/hot)provides comfort throughout the year.

Exterior:

To enjoy sun or shade outdoors, you have several choices: a terrace connected to the living room, equipped with fine wooden furniture; a patio behind the kitchen and the already mentioned roof terrace, which offers a wide view over the area and of the sea up to the lighthouse of Roche; plus the large garden with its shady pine trees.

Villa las Torres is a property we recommend especially to those who value a well-groomed atmosphere, close proximity to Conil and a good standard of equipment. Thanks to its excellent value for money, Villa las Torres is at the top of Casa Andaluza's clients' ranking list. Houses A and C are south facing.

Surroundings:

Located in the exclusive residential area of Fuente del Gallo,they are surrounded by villas with lush gardens and an almost tropical vegetation. Using a small footpath, the supermarket and restaurant are a stone´s throw away, as is the beach, sheltered by cliffs.

From November until Marchthere is a monthly rate for long-term winter rentals (>60 days).

This is a property managed by a letting company and sadly the attention to detail is reflected in this. We had a number of issues requiring essential repairs to equipment, which resulted in needing to make phone calls and stay in for workers to arrive. One major issue left us without air conditioning. The communication with the company is variable, sometimes a prompt response and at other times nothing. The location is good, a short walk to the beach and a pleasant 40- min walk to the centre of Conil. The property has pleasant spacious gardens. However, it didn’t meet my expectation of the standards of repair to an AirBnB property.

We rented the house for a month. Positives - Great location, nice garden, good layout and terraces, good off road parking. Negatives - Terrible wi-fi despite what the listing says, very tired/old domestic appliances (the fridge was rusty inside and out), very poor sound-proofing between the properties (could hear the conversations next door clearly). If you are going on a short holiday and are eating out all of the time the above negatives might not be an issue for you but as a longer term renter these were our observations. I would like to give a special mention to Jose at Casa Andaluza who was really friendly and very helpful during our stay when there were some issues that needed to be resolved. Also Casa Andaluza in general who were very efficient and quick to respond to any enquiries before and during our stay.

La maison est tout à côté de la plage. Les 4 terrasses sont très appréciables et permettent de toujours manger à l'ombre. Il y a également des transats à disposition et des arbres pour se mettre à l'ombre. Cuisine : tous les équipements sont fonctionnels, grand frigo et congélateur appréciable. Attention : problème de fuite dans la salle de bain (pas gênant pour le séjour, mais à vérifier)

Hemos estado muy bien, muy tranquilos, la playa al lado. Hay supermercado y restaurantes cerca. A un paso de Conil pero con mucha tranquilidad. El alojamiento como en las fotos, la zona verde muy chula. La agencia muy bien organizado todo y responden rápido cualquier incidencia. Para repetir. Saludos.
