Several supermarkets are at less than 10 minutes walking distance. It is a tranquil location with great views over the beach of El Palmar, away from the hustle and bustle from the center.

It is furnished with a big moroccan table with mosaic display, a comfortable wooden bench and a set of seats. There are several sunbeds for the lower and the upper terrace.
You have access to communal pool of the housing development Río Salado, to which La Turquesa belongs.
