Inside:
Villa Lara 2 gives you an immediate homely feeling. Furnished and equipped to high standards and very comfortable. The entrance area is a closed atrium with built in flower beds, opening into the country style kitchen with dining area on one side (fittings made of dark wood) and to the staircase on the other. The lounge is furnished with 2 sofas and opens towards the kitchen. Thanks to two French doors, the living area is light, while wood paneled ceilings supported by beams provide a rustic flair. On ground floor is also a twin bedroom and a bathroom with jacuzzi bath. On the first floor you'll find a cosy lounge with wood paneled walls, sofa, TV and stereo. Furthermore there are 2 bedrooms, one double, one twin and a shower room with jacuzzi shower. Built-in wardrobes in all bedrooms. From the terrace on the upper floor you have a wide view over the landscape and the sea.
Outside:
The villa is surrounded by a small garden with flower beds and blossoming bushes. There is a large terrace at the front with garden furniture and barbecue. At the rear is the small pool (approx. 5,5 x 4m) with a strip of lawn around to sunbathe.
A combined air conditioning (cold/hot) ensures pleasant temperatures in summer and winter.
High speed internet
enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.
Surroundings:
Set in a rural and quiet landscape between Fuente del Gallo and Roche Viejo. A 5 minutes ride by car or a 15 minutes walk on a small, paved road takes you to the sandy coves of Puntalejo and Fuente del Gallo. The nearest shop is in Camping Fuente del Gallo (900m).

The terms of payment for VILLA LARA 2 differ from our General Terms: A deposit payment of 50% is required within 48 hours of reservation. The remaining 50% is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
