
Sara Cabeza Valdes (Reservation and Sales Manager, responsible for guest clients)
Born and raised in Germany of Andalusian parents, I came to live in Chiclana in 2010, where I worked for more than 10 years in reception at various luxury hotels.
Working in a holiday rental agency has been my dream for a long time. When I joined Casa Andaluza in spring 2022 I was overwhelmed by the complexity of this business and how so many properties and individual owners can be managed by a small team.
After more than a year I am well acquainted with the organisation and procedures of the agency, and have been promoted to office manager. I love my job as it encompasses a wide variety of tasks and challenges, and gives me the possibility to actively contribute to the introduction of improvements.
Working at Casa Andaluza, where we are humans and not machines, where there is an open office to serve the public, gives me the opportunity to be close to the client, to talk to them face to face, to give them individual attention.

Laura Camacho Valdes (Housekeeper, responsible for cleaning and housekeeping services)
I am from Cádiz and have always lived in the province: in Barbate, Vejer and Jerez.
I joined Casa Andaluza as a housekeeper in March 2023 as a lateral candidate. Although I have not explicitly worked in this position before, thanks to my professional background I know perfectly well how to lead and supervise a team. I am also a neat freak and take care of every last detail. I am also quite handy and personally take care of many small maintenance tasks.
As Casa Andaluza's housekeeper I ensure that our guests find their holiday home well maintained, clean and in perfect working order. My aim is to achieve a maximum of 5 star ratings for the houses we manage and to optimise the efficiency of the cleaning and maintenance service.

Dani (Reservations, customer service and administration)
Hallo, mein Name ist Daniel, ich habe die meiste Zeit meines Lebens in Cádiz verbracht, aber vor ein paar Jahren habe ich beschlossen, für ein paar Monate nach Deutschland und dann in den Norden Spaniens zu ziehen. Während dieser Zeit habe ich in verschiedenen Bereichen gearbeitet und eine gute Ausbildung erhalten.
Als sich mir jedoch die Gelegenheit bot, in Casa Andaluza zu arbeiten, beschloss ich, in meine Geburtsstadt zurückzukehren, da ich mich dort wirklich zu Hause fühle.
Ich spreche fließend drei Sprachen, habe einen Hochschulabschluss und Erfahrung in verschiedenen Bereichen des tertiären Sektors, des Gastgewerbes, der Zustellung usw.
Mein Ziel ist es, im Namen von Casa Andaluza einen exzellenten Service zu bieten und unsere Kunden bei allem zu unterstützen, was ich für sie tun kann.

David Fer (Marketing Manager, client owners)
I am a native of Conil de la Frontera. Although I have spent some time away studying, training and working, I returned in 2019 and started to apply my knowledge in advertising and marketing, focusing specifically on the tourism sector and, more specifically, holiday rentals. Since then, I have been working tirelessly to deliver unique and satisfying experiences to our customers.
With a customer-oriented approach, my goal is not only to attract visitors, but to ensure that their stay in our accommodations is unforgettable.
My passion for Conil and my dedication to tourism marketing is reflected in every aspect of our service, from promotion to customer service.
