Karin Joanidopoulos (Founder and General Manager) I fell in love with this beautiful region during a round trip through Andalusia in 1995, and came back every year. In 1998 I started to set up Casa Andaluza with the idea to attract foreign, off season tourism to this paradise, which had until then been almost exclusively the destiny of Spanish tourists during July and August. During the rest of the year, most of the holiday homes stayed empty. What started small in a corner of my living room in Munich for off-season tourism, grew quickly and our house owners were pleased to host foreign tourists also during the high season. In 2001 I moved with bag and baggage to Andalucia and opened an office in Conil, to be close to the market and to our customers and to provide a unique personal property management service. Since then I never have stopped to be grateful to live in my own, personal paradise in Zahora, where my 3 children grew up, together with dogs, cats and a varying number of chickens. Even after 20 years I am enthusiastic about my work and every year there are new challenges: incorporate new tecnologies, adapt to new legal requirements, direct the company through economic and pandemic crisis... And I will make sure that Casa Andaluza will offer an excellent service to its clients, travelers and house owners, also during the next 20 years.

Jan Morgenstern (Reservation and Customer Relation) I discovered Conil in 1995 and since then came back every year, until in 2006 my dream became true to give up my house and job in Hamburg and live in Conil permanently. Married to a "Conilensa", we formed a patchwork family with 4 (now grown up) children. There are many reasons why I love my job: help travelers to find the ideal holiday home, welcome our loyal, regular customers - some of them became my friends, make sure that everybody is well attended, that the day to day business of Casa Andaluza runs smooth and any disturbance is solved quickly.
