Inside:
The spacious villa, which has been used up to now as a private residence, is decorated in Andalusian country style. It has a large living-dining room with closed chimney and a fully fitted kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom en-suite; 2 twin bedrooms sharing a large bathroom. All bedrooms have inbuilt wardrobes. The third bathroom with shower and toilet is exterior, accessible from the pool terrace.
Outside:
The villa is surrounded by a lovely, well kept garden with delightful plant arrangements. There are 2 terraces to enjoy your time outdoors: the north-west facing front terrace and the south-east facing rear terrace, which overlooks the pool. The estate is completely fenced in by a wall, providing complete privacy for the holiday guests. The swimming pool (8 x 4m) is exposed to the sun with pleasant swimming temperatures from may till October.
High speed internet
enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.
Cooling / Heating:
Villa Mariposa has good thermic insulation and is built in a way to be fresh in summer without need of air condition. In winter you can heat with the closed chimney (with hot air ventilation) and there are electric radiators.
Location:
Villa Mariposa is on a rural roadat 700m from El Colorado and 7 km from Conil. In El Colorado you find a supermarket, shops, restaurants, pharmacy and a bank. The sandy coves of Roche and the long flat beaches of Conil are a 10-15 drive away.

Long-term rental in winter:
from November - March there is a monthly rate for long-term winter rentals.
