On ground floor
The ground floor is some meters above street level and contains a kitchen, a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm beds put together) and a bathroom (WC only) with washing machine.
On first floor
is a cozy mixed-purpose room, which can be used as sitting room, dining room or office. It has sea view and is furnished with a small sofa, table and chairs. The second bedroom is also double with two 90cm beds and window with sea view. Bathroom with shower and WC.
On second floor
Light filled attic room with cushioned brick sofas andnbsp;TV. With access to theroof terrace equipped with cushioned brick made benches, table and chairs.
High speed internet
enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.
Cooling and heating:
there are ceiling fans and portable fans for the hot summer days, and low energy heating for the cold season. Double glass windows keep heat / cold outside.
Parking in the old town:
This neighborhood is a non-parking area. There are several open air public parking places in and around Conil. In summer they charge between 3-5 € per day.
Pets:
35€ extra fee, max. 1 dog.
