Surrounded by walls on 3 sides, it is sheltered from the famous Levante wind (a frequent wind, typical for the Costa de la Luz, blowing hot from south-east).
Inside:
On ground floor is a spacious open-plan living room with sofa and easy chairs, a dining area for 6 people and a modern kitchen, which gives access to the patio. There are 2 double bedrooms and a single one, as well as a bathroom with shower. An open staircase leads up to the upper floor. This floor consists of a multi-purpose hall with a group of wicker furniture and a utility storage area hidden behind a curtain. A large glass door leads to the terrace.
Surroundings:
The apartment is in an area of Conil which hasn´t been invaded yet by tourism. There are several small shops nearby, such as a grocery, shops selling fruits & vegetables, fresh fish and a butcher, and also some bars and restaurants. The sandy beach of Conil is at less than 5 minutes walk. If you prefer a more secluded beach, you just have to cross the Rio Salado on the bridge and walk for some minutes to find a lonley spot for a seamless tan.

Parking:
It is difficult to find parking in the center of Conil. We recommend to use one of the public parking places of Conil.
