Lounge-diner with chaise-longue-sofa, easy chair, smart-TV. It connects with a bar to the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave. Bathroom with shower, WC, washing machine. One bedroom with double bed (150 x 200cm), the other with twin beds and a drawer bed for a 5th guest, both with built-in wardrobes.
Terraces:
from the living room you have access to the west oriented terrace with sea view, whilst one of the bedrooms leads to the south facing terrace, furnished with chairs and table and with a sunshade.
Surroundings:
The old center with many restaurants, bars and shops is just a few minutes walk. Or you can stroll down the beach to have a drink and a tapa at beach bars or enjoy fresh fish in the beach restaurants.
Heating & Cooling:
Ceiling fans in all rooms and new electric low consumption heaters in living room and bedrooms. The bathroom has a radiant heater. As there is much sun coming in, heating is only necessary in the evening. In the colder months, there are duvets with covers and blankets.
High speed internet
enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.

Long-term rental in winter:
From November until March there is a monthly rate for long-term winter rentals (>60 days).
