is an exclusive apartment complex on the west of Conil at only 10 minutes walk to the beautiful beach Playa Fontanilla. There is a popular cocktail bar and a large supermarket next to the complex, and a 15 minutes stroll takes you to the old center of Conil. There are also several restaurants a few minutes walk away.

The bar, which separates the kitchen from the living room, is equipped with high chairs and can be used as dining space, when the whether doesn´t allow to dine outside.
