Residencial Selecta Conil
is an exclusive villa area on the west of Conil at only 5 minutes walk to the beautiful beach Playa Fontanilla. There are supermarkets in walking distance, and a 15 minutes stroll takes you to the old center of Conil.
Communal area:
Formed by approx. 50 terraced houses, the residential complex Playa Fontanilla has a large, fenced in swimming pool and a playground for toddlers. There is private parking inside the residential area, in front of the entrance.
Outside:
La Selecta has a south facing, furnished terrace, which borders to a small park. From the balcony on the top floor you enjoy nice views.

Master bedroom with 150cm double bed, access to a balcony overlooking the park. Second bedroom with twin beds. Bathroom with shower, WC and bidé. The bedrooms have inbuilt wardrobes.
Air condition combined with heating in the living room and all bedrooms.
High speed internet
enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.
Secure parking on the estate, opposite to the entrance.
Long-term rental in winter:
From November until March there is a monthly rate for long-term winter rentals (gt;59 days).
