Location:
The Villa is in the elegant Residencial Roche, only 250m from the romantic sandy coves Calas de Roche away. The elegant residential area is embedded in an incredible beautiful nature, between an extensive pine forest and the coastline with several wind protected sandy coves below the cliffs. Roche has its own security service, restaurants, several cafes and bars. There is a fitness path and an exercise area, sport and tennis places, a playground, pharmacy and community center. The next supermarkets are in El Colorado (5km) and in Conil (10km). The golf course of Novo Sancti Petri is at only 10 minutes by car.
Garden and terraces:
The large garden is shaded by old pine trees, but there are also many sunny places. In front of the house and around the 8x4m swimming pool is a wooden terrace, partially covered and furnished with a comfortable set of wicker sofas and chairs. Many pot plants decorate this outdoor lounge and a vertical sunshade protects from the strong afternoon sun.
On the opposite side of the house, with access to the kitchen, is a wind protected terrace with pergola. Furnished with a set of table and chairs of teak wood, it forms an ideal place for meals 'al fresco'. There is parking for 3 cars on the estate.
Inside:
In pleasant contrast to the cool, clear lines of the geometric architecture, the use of wood for the terrace floor, dark marble for inside and natural stone walls provide a cosy warmth. Light and shadow can be controlled by blinds made of straw matts outside and panel curtains inside. Thus, you can flood the rooms with light in the cool season, or create welcome shadow during the hot months. The walls are decorated with modern printings and many indirect lamps provide a pleasant illumination.
A high ceiling increases the spaciousness of the living room. It is open on one side to the hall, on the other to the dining place (fits 6 people), and furnished with sofas and easy chairs. There is a flat screen TV (Spanish and international channels, but no Sky-TV), and the open fire behind the glass window of the wood burning stove creates a cozy heat.
The kitchen is well equipped with double fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave oven. There is a small service room too, with washing machine and additional freezer.
There are three bedrooms on ground floor: two double (150x200cm) and one twin. All of them have large, inbuilt wardrobes and a wall of natural stone. There are 3 shower rooms with WC and bidet, one of them with a practical access to the garden and the pool area.
On the upper floor, half open to the staircase, is the area for the youth, equipped with twin beds, 2 extra beds underneath and a table with chairs. From here you have access to a terrace with stunning views over the unspoiled coast and the sea.

enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.
Cooling / heating:
There is air condition and a wood burning stove.
Villa Zaldívar is abarrier free holiday home, and recommendable for people with reduced mobility.
From November until Marchthere is a monthly rate for long-term winter rentals (>60 days).
