Lovely decorated roof top terrace (approx 30 sqm) with spectacular views to Morocco or the charming historical center of Vejer. It is equipped with a high and a low table, chairs, lounge furniture and a sun bed. A sun shade is also avialable and can be easily attached.
Inside:
On ground floor
is a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom with wc and shower. It also contains a storage room with a auxiliary fridge/freezer.
1st floor
with cosy living room with a sofa next to the fire place; fully equipped kitchen with a dining place; bathroom with wc and shower.
On 2nd floor
is an attic room with a French size double bed (135 cm) and access to the roof top terrace.
All the levels of the house are connected with an open staircase.

The house located in a calm alley at only 3 minutes walk to the famous Plaza de España with its restaurants and nearby shops.
Vejer de la Frontera is one of the most beautiful Spanish villages and offers a great choice of restaurants, shops or art galleries. The beaches of El Palmar or Caños de Meca are a 15 minutes drive away.

Heating amp; Cooling:
The house is insolated against heat and humidity by thick walls and high quality windows and doors. It doesn´t require air condition for agreeable temperatures inside. In case of extreme heat, you can ask the maintenance person for the remote control of the air condition.
High speed internet
Enables you to stream your favorite programs on your mobile devices. Please note that the house doesn´t dispose of TV.
Parking:
Please use the white parking areas nearby for 24h parking, the green lines indicate parking areas for residents and can be used by non residents only from 8.00h to 18.00h.
