The house
Built in the rustic Andalusian style, the house comfortably accommodates families of up to 8 persons.
Downstairs is the living space with a living and dining area, kitchen and full bathroom. The sleeping quarters with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the first floor.
The spacious master bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), balcony and private bathroom with a walk-in shower, double washbasin and toilet.
There are two individual rooms with spacious beds (140 x 200 cm), and the fourth bedroom has two bunk beds, sleeping four persons. These three rooms share a separate bathroom with a bathtub, double washbasin and toilet.
During the day, the rooftop terrace offers panoramic views of the area, including the pine-covered hills of La Breña natural park, Trafalgar lighthouse and the ocean. On cloudless nights, it is a lovely place to relax under a star-filled sky.
The grounds
Enjoy the comfort in the shade of the front porch, relax in the garden or cool down in the swimming pool (in season) when you don#39;t feel like leaving the house or the conditions at the beach are too windy.
The outdoor kitchen with stone oven is ideal for a BBQ or pizza dinner, which can also be enjoyed outside at the garden table.

Parking
The house has an indoor parking garage with ample space for 1 car, so you do not have to leave it outside in the sunlight or heat. Direct access to the kitchen allows for easy unloading of your groceries.
Heating amp; cooling
The moderate climate and solidly built house do not require A/C, but portable ventilator fans are provided for those who prefer extra cooling in the bedrooms.
In the cooler months, you can enjoy the romantic comfort and warmth of the fireplace in the living room, and portable electric radiators are available for use in the bedrooms.
Wifi
Since there is so much to enjoy outdoors, the house is equipped with standard wifi and local TV channels, but it is possible to connect your own device via HDMI or bluetooth and view your own content.
Las Tinajas amp; Zahora
Local roads within Zahora are mostly unpaved. The property is located in a cul-de-sac, away from traffic noise. At a walking distance of about 10 minutes you can reach the nearest beach of Cala Isabel / Playa de Zahora, where beach bar Kalima is also located.
Within the village of Zahora, you can get your groceries at various small stores and supermarkets, get a take-away from Pizzería La Cabaña, or enjoy a nice meal at local restaurants such as Venta Curro, Arohaz and La Traiña. We advise you to check opening dates in advance, and make reservations during the high season.
Nearby
The lively seaside town of Conil de la Frontera, Barbate with its fishing port, and picturesque Vejer de la Frontera are all located within a short car ride, and have much to offer in terms of sights, shops, restaurants and such. Horse-riding tours can also be booked nearby, and there are various cycling routes in the area.
