El Perro Andaluz country house is a delightful haven for nature enthusiasts. Nestled within its grounds is a splendid garden boasting two terraces adorned with a profusion of flowers, offering a serene oasis of comfort and tranquility in a lush, natural setting.

Exterior:
The multi-hued garden, bursting with potted flowers and flower beds encircling the house, is a sight to behold. Towering trees and verdant plants, including majestic oleanders, ficus, evergreen hedges, yuccas, cypresses, and a pine tree, provide shelter from the sun and wind.

The east-facing terrace, bathed in gentle morning sunlight, is sheltered by a pergola entwined with wisteria and vines, creating a verdant canopy. Furnished with a spacious wooden bench, table, and chairs, it offers an idyllic spot for al fresco dining, relaxation, or outdoor conversations.

Additionally, there is a patio featuring a tiled terrace outside one of the bedrooms, complete with its own bathroom.

Wooden pergolas, lush with foliage on the east and south sides, along with a cypress fence on the west side, create cool, shaded areas, ensuring a comfortably air-conditioned interior during most of the summer months.

Nestled beside the wooden house at the garden's edge is a charming pond inhabited by frogs and fish, providing a delightful backdrop for evening serenades.

Shaded parkingfor up to three cars (two for guests), an outdoor shower with hot water, barbecue facilities, and a fire drum are also available.

Indoors:
The 20-square-meter living room boasts two large sofas, a coffee table, bookshelf stocked with books and board games, and a SMART TV with access to Netflix. Connected via an archway, the 15-square-meter dining room features a dining table, antique bench, wooden chairs, and a cozy fireplace corner with armchairs and a chess board.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, and a comprehensive inventory of utensils.

Bedroom 1 features a 140cm bed, en suite bathroom (with shower/WC), and a glass door leading to a private terrace. Bedroom 2 offers two single beds and a fitted wardrobe, while Bedroom 3 boasts a 160cm bed and fitted wardrobe. These bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and WC.

Room climate:
The well-insulated house, complemented by shaded areas, maintains pleasant indoor temperatures for much of the summer. Quiet ceiling fans are installed in the living room, dining room, and two of the bedrooms for added comfort. The third bedroom, with a door and window, ensures continuous airflow and remains cool throughout.

Shared Garden/Plant Care:
A wooden hut located at the garden's edge serves as the residence for the caretaker responsible for tending to the garden and animals. Tenants are kindly requested to regularly water the pots and flowerbeds on the terraces and nearby areas to maintain their lushness.

Ecological Features:
The house is powered by renewable energy through photovoltaic panels and connected to the mains without batteries. Solar panels provide hot water, while rubbish recycling is facilitated through separate bins for paper, plastic, compost, and general waste. Drinking water is supplied by Aguaservice via water dispenser and 20-liter bottles, while tap water sourced from the well is suitable for cooking but not for drinking.

Animal Companions:
Two friendly, neutered male cats, Fidel and Kiran, roam the property under the care of the resident caretaker. While they may occasionally enter the house, guests are asked to understand and accept their presence as part of the local environment. Dogs or other animals are not permitted, as cats are territorial and get stressed by 'intruders.'

Desired Guest Profile and Restrictions:
El Perro Andaluz is ideally suited for nature lovers and environmentally conscious individuals. Guests with allergies to animals may find the property unsuitable. The house is not available for rental to individuals under 30 years of age, although families with children are warmly welcomed!
